ADAM L. CHRISTOPHER

Adam Christopher joined Wexler & Walker in 2010 as a Public Policy Associate. Mr. Christopher specializes in legislative policy at the Federal level. Mr. Christopher has legislative and private sector experience in health care, appropriations, transportation, energy and financial services. Before joining Wexler & Walker, Mr. Christopher worked for SNR Denton, a global law and policy firm and served as a legislative aide for the House of Representatives.
While at SNR Denton, Mr. Christopher advocated on several issues including health care reform for health care industries, doctors, and medical associations. Through his efforts on health care reform, Mr. Christopher worked regularly with Congressional staff, helped develop a side-by-side comparison of varying legislation and drafted a document identifying funding opportunities and newly formed commissions in the legislation. Additionally, Mr. Christopher drafted a weekly health care reform update to over 20 clients.
Mr. Christopher previously served as a legislative aide in the House of Representatives. While working on Capitol Hill, Mr. Christopher handled health care reform for former Rep. Parker Griffith (AL-5). Specifically, Mr. Christopher worked with the Blue Dog Heath Care Task Force to develop and advance Blue Dog positions and priorities with respect to the debate on health care reform.
Adam graduated from Auburn University in 2007 with a B.A. in English.
